SPIRAL team to visit Florida schools

Members of SPIRAL International’s leadership team will visit two schools in northern Florida in early February. Both schools are potentially interested in hosting short-term programs for SPIRAL, including camps. Up until now, SPIRAL camps have taken place during the summer months, mainly due to inclement winter weather in New England. However, thanks to increased demand for international exchange on the part of schools in both China and the US, SPIRAL is taking advantage of the warmer climate in the southern US, particularly Florida, to organize short-term fall, winter, and spring programs there. Some of these camps will be SPIRAL’s standard Summer Adventure & Learning camps, while others would be centered around popular themes such as basketball, music, and technology. The two schools being visited on this trip are the Global Outreach Charter Academy and the Aerosim Flight Academy. More news to come.
